Different from what you have ordered in terms

You initiate the return within 10 days of
receiving the product.
When you choose to purchase a
product listed on our website, it is mentioned explicitly that some products
are non-returnable. Those products cannot be returned to Firsthub.
How to
return products?

Login to your Firsthub account and go to the
‘Orders’ section.
2.
Choose the product from your order history
that you want to return.
3.
Choose a reason for the return and continue.
You can also choose the method
by which you prefer to receive the payment made for the products purchased.

Notes to keep in mind while
requesting a replacement
1.
A request for a free replacement cannot be
placed for an item that was already replaced once.
2.
If you find your product to miss any
accessories or parts, you may contact the manufacturer for the same. The
contact details of the manufacturer are usually available on the product.
3.
If you find that the product that you bought
is not eligible for a free replacement and you do not wish to keep the product,
you can return the same for a refund.
